Walk on Water by Budapest pair
Gábor Lendvai and
András Nagy is a smoothly conceived piece produced for the light jazz piano of
Máté Pozsár from
Koala Fusion, a four piece unit comprising
Máté piano,
Gergö Kováts saxophone,
Dávid Tóth bass guitar and
Gábor Ágoston drums. This is my sort of music and the title tells it all in terms of the animation. A line becomes twisted and from the knot emerges a figure treading the flat waters before riding the waves. Simple as that really but after enjoying the solo piano linger a little on the band's
MySpace site just to savour the classy music.
