Zach Parrish "Carried Away"

Zach Parrish's Carried Away is a well crafted 3d movie depicting the adventures of a young boy whose bubble blowing exploits almost land him in trouble. Electricity pylons and passing birds with sharp beaks present challenges that endanger what should have been a magic voyage over the neighbourhood. Luckily a floating friend is at hand. The high resolution version avi file obtained via the link is quite spectacular and this is a feel good movie for all the family. The CG work is first rate though Zach is another animator whose skill as an artist underpins the use of technology. His website has a gallery worth the visit. He graduated in 2007 from Savannah College of Art and Design and since April has been gaining invaluable work experience at Rhythm and Hues studio, a team responsible amongst many things for the CG and visual effects for The Golden Compass. Good experience and they can afford to hire the best. I shall return to Zach's work shortly. His self portrait below has a great smile I find it hard to resist posting.
