Marta Mackova and Arthur De Pins

Writing yesterday of animators blessed with natural gifts, Marta Mackova, whose sophisticated portrayal of sexual chemistry at work, Café, was featured here a while ago, has her website up and running, showcasing a crisp version of that movie but also containing her 2007 showreel. It has a variety of styles from a game to her animation sequences for Neil Hartop’s 2007 Fable. Her artwork is varied too with traditional life through to design work. A delightful woman, she is one of a talented group of animators and artists in the beautiful capital of Scotland. I should also point browsers in the direction of my review this week for Short of the Week and Arthur De Pins' funny Geraldine. I am intending to write on another of his pieces shortly.
